Information for Presenters

・Presentations will use one LCD projector (VGA connection).

・USB-C to VGA and HDMI to VGA adapters are available at the venue.

・You may use either your own PC or a venue PC for your presentation.

・The venue PC runs Windows 11 with PowerPoint 2021.

・Please bring your presentation data on a USB flash memory in case of emergency.

・Presentation Time

Plenaly lecture (PL): 30 minutes

(25 minutes for presentation, 4 minutes for discussion, 1 minute for preparation)

Special lecture (SL): 20 minutes

(15 minutes for presentation, 4 minutes for discussion, 1 minute for preparation)

Special Session (SS): 15 minutes

(10 minutes for presentation, 4 minutes for discussion, 1 minute for preparation)

Invited lecture (IL): 20 minutes

(15 minutes for presentation, 4 minutes for discussion, 1 minute for preparation).

Please take special care not to exceed the presentation time to ensure smooth proceedings and effective discussion.

・Posters will be displayed from December 1st to 3rd.

・Discussions will be held in the evening of December 1st.

・Poster board size is 90 cm wide by 210 cm tall.

・Your presentation number tag and ribbon will be affixed to the upper left corner.

・Please attach your photo (approximately ID card size) below it.

・During discussion time, please wear the ribbon and stand by your poster.

・Please remove your poster between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM on the third day.

・If not removed within this time, it will be disposed of by the conference office.
